Released payment plugin for PayPal Plus.

This is standard NopCommerce Payment plugin.

PayPal adds new PayPal Plus Wall on the checkout page and your customer can make payment directly from the checkout page.
Plugin sends shipping and billing addresses from Nop store directly to PayPal.
Customer can't change them on PayPal site. After customer's approving plugin executes payment and your store will get notification about it.
Plugin uses REST API.
