Passive mode is set.  I can manually generate the feed and submit it, however, I cannot get the automated feed working.   Anything else I can check?

I just checked the report file, and it looks like it is manually uploading, but I am getting the error message.  Below is the content of the report file.

I have watched the video and searched the forum trying to answer my question first.  I have setup my first feed for google.  it generated the xml file, but when I click the manual upload button, I get the error message below.  Do you know what I have done wrong?

Value does not fall within the expected range.

I checked the system log, but don't see anything there.
