Plugin uses default datetime format which by default is derived from the Regional and Language Options item in Control Panel.
But I think you are right. It's better to add the new parameter to the template "DateTime format"

Copy plugin to this folder
~/Plugins/FoxNetSoft.FeedManager/Plugins/

Example of path
/Plugins/FoxNetSoft.FeedManager/Plugins/yourpluginname.dll

Restart nopcommerce after it.

Copy this DLL file to the root plugin folder.

Did you add this file ReplaceWs.DLL to the  plugin folder (FoxnetSoft.FeedManager)?
