We installed the plugin for 4.2 version and it is taking our website down.  I had to remove it.  Could you just create it to get the shipping rates?

I have this plug-in and I want to block country: Republic of Korea but it is not in the list of countries.  How can I add this on?

My country list has disappeared in the plug in.  All the countries I had listed before now all say 'null'.  how can this be fixed?
