I have the advanced version installed now. When I am configuring it I need it to show on all product pages.  
I tried just setting ‘Display for all Products’ however the RFQ button does not seem to show up unless I actually go to the Product mapping tab and add it to a specific product; we have several hundred products so this isn’t efficient.
Did I miss something? How can I use the ‘Display for all Products’ setting?
