Error with multilanguages

Hi Team,

I want to get Customer's requests 2.0 (history, extra features) plugin.
I already download the trial version and i have one issue with multi language.
My website is in Arabic & English. When i click on request quote in English no problem. When i click it in Arabic the request page open but product name & description become in English.
Can you help me with this.
