Can't download the new database

I'm just trying out your plugin "IPFilter" for nopCommerce, in nopCommerce 4.2 before I buy it.
I am getting the error "Error. Can't load ZIP file. Message=No such host is known No such host is known."  when I click on "Download New GeoLite Database".
Is this to be expected with the trial version before registering, or is there some other issue?
One thing out of the ordinary with our setup is we use the "AU" language rather than "US", so I manually loaded the resources.

You need to download it manually.
MaxMind changed license politics.
Create account and download the new database
