I take this opportunity to ask a question, what is the date format to use in the import manager? I tried the utc format but it always tells me the wrong date format: 2020-04-29T00:22:00.0
Plugin uses default datetime format which by default is derived from the Regional and Language Options item in Control Panel. But I think you are right. It's better to add the new parameter to the template "DateTime format"
