Can't import the feed file

I tried to import the feed file and I saw this error message

Could not find file 'C:\inetpub\NopCommerce\Plugins\FoxNetSoft.WarehouseManager\Import'.
  
Error
Access to the path 'C:\inetpub\NopCommerce\wwwroot\Plugins\FoxNetSoft.WarehouseManager\Import' is denied.
