Local paramater?

Hi Alex,

We have another request from PayPal.
They checked the test orders, and it seems there's a parameter missing (locale)

In this case (as it is Mexico) we need to send:  locale=es_MX

Here the details of this parameter:

Is this a nopcommerce setting missing or something you should add to the settings for the plugin?
