MOZ can't open our site.

We have just started using your IP filter plugin in December of 2020.  We use Moz.com for for SEO.  In MOZ we are getting this...

Access denied. Your IP address is in blacklist.

Do I need to whitelist your IP address?

Write to Moz.com and add IP addresses in the whitelist. I think that Moz.com uses hosting from another country.
