Required checkout attributes and Skip Shopping cart page not working

I try to configure SimpleCheckout plugin with required checkoutattributes enabled. If we enable Skip Shopping cart in your plugin, sistem won't redirect to checkout page. Is these bug? Is only solution to enable shopping cart again that customer can select required checkout attributes?

1. Upgrade the plugin with the last release
2. Restart nopcommerce and try it again.
