Product Specification Attribute import

I have trial version to see if this can import attribute values. The documentation is confusing and tried for couple hours and no luck. So few questions

1. Are we able to create new Product Specification Attribute Group via import?
2. Are we able to update/add options to Product Specification Attribute? Is yes which template to use - is there a sample template?

For my case I have Product Specification Attribute Group called

Issue details then I have a Product Specification Attribute called Issue for issue I want to add values from 1 to 1000 using a csv - been trying but not successful. Is that possible

1. Are we able to create new Product Specification Attribute Group via import?
No

2. Are we able to update/add options to Product Specification Attribute?

I tried the steps on video. I run the import no error message, nothing imported. Wondering is your plugin working with 4.4?

Check if nopcommerce task manager works (check your store URL).
This plugin is very popular, many customers use it.
