Doesn't work

When we configure the plugin in our project or on a default nop 3.4, it is not sending email, we even check the email-queue table and it is not entering the emails even in that table, can you help us to find out the reason for the same.

What type of campaign do you use?
Can you make print screen on campaign page and send me it.
