Additional options for Slider Manager

Hi there!
I love your plugins - yours are the only ones that seem to install and work without making a mess of the site!

I've just purchased the Slider Manager plugin and was wondering if it would be possible to add some additional options?  Currently I've achieved some using custom CSS, but config options would be a much nicer way to do it...

1) Checkbox to enable/disable the bullet list at the bottom of the slides
2) Option to position the left/right navigation buttoms - currently they sit at the most left and right of the browser window regardless of the slide width.  It would be nice to have the option to have them sit beside the slides, or inside the slides, or disabled altogether.
3) Option to specify exact width/height of the container and/or images.
