Facebook ADS and encoding &?

Hi again,

I have an error when the feed is uploaded to Facebook Catalog
Its seems it's generating the google category "&" in xml format but the taxonomy for txt should be just the symbol & (not &)
I attach the screenshto at FB catalog

And I attach all the settings for this feed, maybe I'm setting up something wrong?

I did it special.... I replace & with & I replace " with " ....

Download new release.
I added encoding for all feed columns....
I'll skip encoding for taxonomy value.
Try new release and write me about result.
