Can't opne plugin configure page?

I downloaded the plugin SimpleCollection. It is such a great plugin. I am planning to buy it. But there is one issue. When i click on configure It says page not found

http://db1.mystore.com/Admin/Widget/ConfigureWidget?systemName=FoxNetSoft.SimpleCollection

I am using NopCommerce Version 4.10.

Please help.
