Adding region to hreflang

Hi,

Very useful plugin - would it be possible to code the region into the hreflang tag on product pages? Right now it just passes the two-letter language code, but not the region (ie: en-CA for Canadian English, fr-CA for Canadian French, en-US for American English). Apparently Google takes notice of this in their search results.

I use  nopcommerce's setting for language.

Do you use two languages in your store (English and France)?
And you want to map two languages in three items?
en-CA
fr-CA
en-US
