I checked plugin.
If you have empty list of products/categories/manufacturers for this 'Request button'. Plugin will add this button for ALL products. But if you added one association in the list of products/categories/manufacturers plugin will display this button only for this product or products from categories or products from manufacturers.

In old versions we used parameter 'Display for all products' but we removed it now.
Do you need another logic? Maybe I'll help you.

NopCommerce has internal restriction.

You cannot use gift cards with auto-ship (recurring) items.

I had to add such feature many years ago.... It was a good idea.

I am sorry. I tried to have the same code as new nop 3.90 and added this bug.

Download new release from our site, replace CheckOrder.cshtml file and Resources.en-us.xml.
Open plugin configure page. Plugin will add new localization values.
Try plugin.
