I wrote simple module for reading tags (title and description) from rss.
1. Each article has personal image. Where can we get the image for article? Do you want to import rss without image?
2. You imported all rss items. How do you plan to import new items? Do you want to import all items every day automatically without you?

I checked my old notes. I thought the store owner would set shipping an tax settings in his Google Merchant Center settings.

If you set them your feed will look like
