Would you be able to assist? We had to turn off our Paypal Express Checkout Plugin.


On our website, this week we are running a 30% off + $10 Flat Rate Shipping promotion. When at checkout, we selected Paypal, the 2nd option of buying from Paypal (not logged in). When doing so, the order total does not calculate the $10 shipping charge. See Attached.


We also testing by checking out normally, not through Paypal.

The steps we followed were: Checkout à billing addressà shipping addressà once we got to the credit card information page, we went back to the CART, and selected Paypal checkout. Then that is when Paypal added the shipping cost to the order.


Please assist.
